Was charged for something that was not needed. Service center does not read issues. Was told to bring our Jeep Renegade in to see oil consumption, after the vehicle was there for over a month gett Service center does not read issues. Was told to bring our Jeep Renegade in to see oil consumption, after the vehicle was there for over a month getting the valves replaced due to washed injectors under warranty in May. Was told to drive the vehicle between 1400 and 1600 miles. Did that, made the appointment based on their recommendation. My daughter took the vehicle in on 6/24/22 for a 10:00 appointment. Did not leave the service center until 1 p.m. and then was charged $190 for an oil change in which it just had a month ago when the vehicle was there for said warranty repair. It seems there is no communication and no attention to detail in their computer system. I was told that I will be refunded of this charge but will be in the form of a check. And they never inspected for the oil consumption issue. Since they serviced the vehicle AGAIN, the clock and odometer starts again. It's almost like they a saw a young woman and assumed she was only there to get an oil change. Oh, and i'm still waiting for a return call from Friday at 1. More

Dealership is good just having issues with the service department. My tire sensor keeps coming on. First time they said it was too much air so they lowered it to 38psi.Second time they replaced the fron department. My tire sensor keeps coming on. First time they said it was too much air so they lowered it to 38psi.Second time they replaced the front left tire and said it was good. Now this will be the third time. The tire sensor is still coming and they want me to drop it off for few days so they can check it again telling me if it's between 36psi-46psi pending on the weather it's ok to disregard the sensor notification. If that's the case then why is the sensor notification keeps coming on every 5-10miles More

This actual dealership location has been great. My service was done quickly and correctly. I was referred to "another location" to discuss my expired oil change purchases. I have called them twice - left message once - and never have heard a peep from them. This is very disappointing - I will attempt again today. I will continue to utilize this location over "the other one" (where I bought my Jeep from). More

I was very disappointed in my first service experience at this AutoNation. I booked an appointment for my first free oil change and tire rotation, received 4 confirming emails before my appointment, one of w this AutoNation. I booked an appointment for my first free oil change and tire rotation, received 4 confirming emails before my appointment, one of which was an online check in to speed up the check in process but I still had to deal for a service advisor and go through all the details again. He then told me that he would try and get me out in an hour. A hour and a half later I asked the service advisor how much longer and he checked and he said they were just starting on it and it would about 45 minutes more. I asked what is the purpose of setting an appointment and he said that just holds my place in line and 2 hour oil change service is normal for them. I got my car back in 2hours 15 minutes no complimentary car wash. The sign when I pulled in said "fast oil changes & more" and I'm worried if this is what I should expect with each oil change or service. More
