Thanks for inviting me to review my visit. .....I made an appointment and dropped my truck at business opening for recall service based off a notice I received in the mail. I was told my truck would be ready by noon that day, so I went home and later received a text that they would need my truck for 3 days in order to fix the recall as my service tech told me she didn't read all the instructions regarding the recall repair. I said that was fine and that they would need to put me in a loaner/rental as I needed my vehicle for work. I was told that I could call Chrysler customer service to see if I could be reimbursed for the cost of a rental or I could come pick up my vehicle. I chose to pick up my vehicle since I would rather not be out of pocket for a rental that I would need to coordinate myself through their customer service for reimbursement. The recall was not completed and no effort was made to make it happen. On the plus side....they had me down for the appointment (previous visits, made an appointment and they didn't know anything about it once there) and they took care of the Lyft to get me home and back. More
I brought my truck in to get a recall fixed, made an appointment and dropped it off at 1230 pm Friday. Was told it would only take 2 hrs.. to fix. 1st red flag they had my vehicle listed under someone else’s name, I am the only owner bought it new in 2017. 2nd red flag they had me down for more services than I scheduled. 3rd red flag was he told else’s name, I am the only owner bought it new in 2017. 2nd red flag they had me down for more services than I scheduled. 3rd red flag was he told me my prepaid oil changes had expired, I was under the impression it was a specific quantity not a time limit. 4th red flag my appointment was at 7:30, at 8:30 it was still staged waiting. So i got my keys went down to autozone and bought oil and the filter, changed it myself in less than one hour and thus saving $65.00. More

I first came in for an oil change and I ended up missing my wheel panel cover that protects my battery from water splash. I had to go back there and after speaking with Mr. Fernandez, I THOUGHT i would be t my wheel panel cover that protects my battery from water splash. The second time, I came in to fix an issue caused by Kevin the technician and I was told I would be taken care of by Mr. J Fernandez. I went in and got 2 hours of my time robbed and ended up leaving missing the protective rubber part for my trunk. I confirmed with the trainee that i would put this piece on the dash so they could see what the part is i needed and then when i get my car this is gone and then they LIED about me never speaking to them about it. They have cameras and I bet if they pulled that tape they would see me going around to my passenger side to get it and put it on the dash. Avoid this location at ALL cost !!!! The only honest person there is Joeseph, but he cant help that he works with a bunch of crooks. More
