I have been going to this dealership since I purchased my 2020 Ram. I have been extremely happy with the competence and level of service and normally would not hesitate to recommend them. I realize there are issues supposedly due to Covid however I was less than happy on my last visit. I took my Ram in for a leaky exhaust manifold, tire rotation, balance and state inspection. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday. No status was ever given so I went to the dealer on Thursday. Couldn't reach service advisor via phone. Tried other service advisors but was again unsuccessful. Vehicle had not been seen. Checked on Monday and a manifold was ordered that should arrive on the 15th. No status was given I had to go to the dealership and chase down another service advisor for status. Even though the vehicle had been there a week the other items were not completed. No oil change, no tire rotation, no state inspection. I am returning on the 15th for the manifold but sadly I guess all the other items will have to be done elsewhere. Normally this dealership is great. Possibly that have staffing issues because I didn't see but 3 service advisors on site. Normally there are more. I plan on meeting with the service manager when I return to discuss this with him/her. I really want this dealer to be great, I want to do business with them. I want to be confident that when I drop off my vehicle the work will be done timely or a status will be given. I realize there are supposedly supply chain issues and parts are difficult to get but I can't believe you need parts for an oil change, tire rotation and balance and state inspection. A week in the shop and nothing resolved and no status given except when I went there in person is not what I am accustomed to at this dealer. I would welcome an explanation More
I have been to a couple different AutoNation locations... The NRH Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram location has been the best to work with by far. 1. no rentals for service work (response - contact jeep cares about reimbursement) 2. while we have your vehicle lets break some xxxx and tell you to "contact jeep cares for reimbursement". 3. lets wash yo cares about reimbursement) 2. while we have your vehicle lets break some xxxx and tell you to "contact jeep cares for reimbursement". 3. lets wash your vehicle but at the same time leave plastic pieces and dirt / leave your personal items lay about inside your car. - I've owned my jeep for almost 3 years, the warranty is almost out. I don't feel I can take my car in or service as it will cause me distress by not having a loaner, and by the condition I will get my car back is less lackluster than when I brought it in like. Parts take forever (I get it pandemic) but have a xxxxing loaner! More

The Service Manager needs to be fired. Also, service tech left my 2021 Ram with the window down and the keys inside the cab the entire time as it just sat there in service line.The entire service team looked like chickens with no heads that morning. I don’t know why people make appointments there if the service department can not provide a service. Our Time is Valuable and to sit there and get no Service and No Communication is uncalled for. The only problem that was unsatisfactory was not just having a 3 hour and wait period but when my vehicle was ready, I had to wait another 30 minutes unable to leave due to a meeting all the service reps having a 3 hour and wait period but when my vehicle was ready, I had to wait another 30 minutes unable to leave due to a meeting all the service reps were having to attend and no one to check me out.
