I don't feel I can take my car in or service as it will cause me distress by not having a loaner, and by the condition I will get my car back is less lackluster than when I brought it in like. The only problem that was unsatisfactory was not just having a 3 hour and wait period but when my vehicle was ready, I had to wait another 30 minutes unable to leave due to a meeting all the service reps having a 3 hour and wait period but when my vehicle was ready, I had to wait another 30 minutes unable to leave due to a meeting all the service reps were having to attend and no one to check me out.
