The dealership handled my warranty issue very professionally. AJ was nice and called back right away if he wasn’t able to answer. It took longer than expected so they were able to put me in a loa professionally. AJ was nice and called back right away if he wasn’t able to answer. Dropped my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee off on Saturday for an oil change that would take less than 2 hours. Got a call that it was not save to drive due to a recall, but they couldn’t get to it until a Monday an oil change that would take less than 2 hours. Got a call that it was not save to drive due to a recall, but they couldn’t get to it until a Monday and they have NO rental cars, so I either drive my jeep and risk something happening or be without a vehicle. I ended up leaving it as much as I didn’t want to. The only thing that kept me sane was Madeleine in the service department. She kept me updated through text and was amazing the whole time!! If only everyone was as nice and caring as her! My vehicle was done on Monday around 1 so atleast it wasn’t too long. My main complaint is, if you are buying a brand new vehicle and spending all that money, you should definitely get a rental car one way or another!!! More

I visited the AutoNation service center for an ignition issue. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite my insistence that the problem wasn't related to the battery, they kept insistin issue. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite my insistence that the problem wasn't related to the battery, they kept insisting that it was and never provided any concrete test results to support their claims. They even refused to proceed unless I changed the batteries. Even after following their advice and changing the batteries, the problem persisted. What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsiveness from the service manager and the head manager, who did not return my calls. I regret to say that based on my experience, I strongly advise against taking your Jeep to this dealership. I am at another dealership and I'm currently awaiting a diagnostic assessment. Where they stated Iv should have been given a print out for battery testing to prove I need battery replacement. Also they stated had nothing to do with batteries. More then disappointed with auto nation I feel lied too More
