By far my worst dealership service department experience. Communication is horrible when I call I get the run around , I took my truck in on a Friday was told would be done on Saturday around lunch time litt Communication is horrible when I call I get the run around , I took my truck in on a Friday was told would be done on Saturday around lunch time little bit before lunch I called and texted to see how’s the progress going wasn’t until almost 3 a little to an hour left of them being open to be told parts were not available had to wait until Monday. Fine cool I understand parts are scarce now of days but would be nice to be updated and not have to blow up their phones to get answer. Monday comes around been calling texting all day no luck getting in touch until late in day and was told vehicle was on lift getting worked on so I head my way to the dealership 7 mins before the service department close and I get told the technician broke a stud inside my wheel hub assembly ,I use my truck for work my lively hood so at this point I been out of work for a full day. I asked if parts were on hand I was told their parts department closed wouldn’t be able to know anything until the following day (Tuesday) which they would order parts just in case first thing Tuesday morning in case parts wasn’t on hand. Come Tuesday morning I’m at dealership at open time to just check in(at this point I’m not confident / nor trusting of them at this point so I spoke with someone else since my advisor wasn’t in and they took down my number fast forward 9am spoke with service manager I was told that the part( stud was in stock and vehicle should be done by 12pm but if they had to order more parts would be 3pm -4pm. Come 11:45 I been calling and texting nonstop get no answer and when I did get an answer I was directed elsewhere then last person I spoke with asked who my advisor was I told them Anthony and she said ok hold on let me patch you through I was on hold for another 20 mins before he texted me a different story about my truck from when I spoke with someone earlier since he wasn’t there at the time. I then tell him how frustrated and upset I was but then didn’t seem to much to care. I’ve been without work for two days due to their negligence and failure with communication. I’m a driver I deal with customers all the time their communication skills are ridiculous all this mishap they caused me and didn’t even seemed to really care that they had me out of business for two days More
This is probably the worst experience I've had with a brand and a dealership ever. Issues I brought my vehicle in for and how to replicate them were ignored until they couldn't be ignored anymore, leadin brand and a dealership ever. I was without a vehicle for almost 4 weeks combined with no attempt to explain a reimbursement process or assistance in arranging a loaner or rental car. I had to initiate all follow-ups as days and at one point a whole week went by with no updates. I STILL don't have paperwork for some of the repairs supposedly done, so either the repairs needed were misrepresented, or I have a service advisor that is clearly disorganized and doesn't communicate and can't be trusted. I have asked for the paperwork 3 times so far in writing. Either way I will definitely not be returning and will definitely be letting everyone know of my experience. I will continue to request paperwork for the replacement of the fuel tank that I am still owed, or, if this work was not actually done, a written explanation of why I was told that it was being done, and what was happening with my vehicle for that particular week. After a certain point all communication was done in writing with the advisor so I do have a record of all the gaps in communication, and the repairs that were supposedly done that I continue not to be provided invoices for. Wonderful staff, bought two vehicles there and bring my vehicles in for service. They always offered a loaner and fixed my vehicles. The worst service ever. My husband truck broke down after only having it for 8 months. We took out a extended warranty due to buying a used truck. We get in the truck n no warning n no lights on but a loud only having it for 8 months. We took out a extended warranty due to buying a used truck. We get in the truck n no warning n no lights on but a loud knocking sound when we started the truck . It turns out it's a bad lifter. The truck that we have made 3 payments on 3 payments to extended warranty place n 3 payments for insurance n we do not have a vehicle because it's been sitting up in their service dept for 2 freaking months. We can't get no return phone calls to give us any updates due to them suppose to be dealing with our warranty company . Why the dealership here is fighting with the warranty company saying they have paper work saying there was nothing wrong with truck. How they can prove there was nothing wrong with the truck when we bought is a lie. Unless they pulled the motor out and apart n looked at the lifters there no way they can say that. Their own mechanic showed my husband why the adjuster is denying the claim is because the rollers on the lifters are all loose n after a certain amount of time because of it they break were the rollers have been like that for some time. That was out of the mechanic's mouth n that is what the adjuster is saying this is a exsisting problem were it's been like this for some time. We only had the truck for 8 months. So I don't care if this place wants to fight with warranty place for another freaking 5 years but someone owes my husband n I a vehicle to drive why they fight it out. My husband has been speaking with Jessie n I don't know why because he keeps telling him give him until this day m he will have something for us. As in this monaday n today is Thursday n no call. I believe 2 months is long enough . What it comes down to is the dealership can pay for a motor In our to truck or put my husband in another truck . Those are the 2 options. I'm letting all my friends n everyone I know not to go to this place. I'm also fixing to post it on social media n I'm fixing to call my friend city representative also n get them working on this also . Not just one of them but I'm going to call all the surrounding city's rep n get all them working on this. We can't get a call back from Lisa or no one. I have also talk to my niece DA down town fort worth here also n she is advising on how I should handle this NO one seems to be in charge. They sure want that money when u buy a car. They sure do run ur credit 6 n 7 times when they promise not to . That's getting taking care of also as I type this out . We will never ever return to this dealership. Very poor customer service. I can say it's not ending ny is giving up n walking away n the only walking we r doing is into our attorneys office. Oh n they have papers work nothing wrong with the truck. Hello we bought the truck why it sit waiting to go into their detailed n service dept. Then they had to get it inspected n it wouldn't pass so we had to wait for them to order a special part for the truck to pass inspection. So yes there was something wrong with the truck. .if I don't get a call first thing tomorrow morning I am going down to this place m it is not going to be a nice seen. I'm posting it all over social media. More
The worst service I have ever received. During that time period I called about 15 times and left 3 voicemails for the service manager, trying to get any type of update on my vehicle because I had not received any. I had to take time out of my busy work schedule to go up there and ask for an update. At first I gave some understanding because I figured may you all were short staffed. But every time I went up there to the service department there were at least 10 workers in the office just sitting around talking about non related work issues. But yet not one person could return my phone call. And when I picked up my car rolando was very short answered and had no customer service. With all of that being said I will not be returning, and I will be telling all my acquaintances to stay far away from this AutoNation. More

Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I made an appointment a week ahead of time. I dropped my truck off at 9am and didn't hear anything about the diagnostic all day. The next morning at 8am I an appointment a week ahead of time. I dropped my truck off at 9am and didn't hear anything about the diagnostic all day. The next morning at 8am I got a text saying they were going to update the software. I tried calling around 11 and left a message with my service advisor to call me back. I called a few more times throughout the day and just got placed on hold. Finally got to talk to a human around 4 but he just picked up the phone and said "can I place you on hold?" I said no and he gave me attitude and said I'm trying to find out the status of your car, apparently they were screening the calls with caller id. After several minutes he came back and said my truck was ready. I asked how long it had been ready since I had been waiting all day and he tried to play it off like he just got the keys and was about to call me. I would just say that it was coincidence but basically this exact scenario played out when I brought my truck in for service a year ago. They could care less that their lot is full of customer cars they just get the ones out that call a lot and make them do their job. More
I had an oil change and tire rotation appointment (under warranty). It took 2 1/2 hours to get done. I asked the service manager if they were supposed to wash my truck bc my daughters dealership washes her warranty). It took 2 1/2 hours to get done. I asked the service manager if they were supposed to wash my truck bc my daughters dealership washes her Jeep every time she has warranty work done and he said yes. So they took my truck and washed it. This took another 45 minutes. Which I’m retired so that was fine. I just don’t understand why when I bring my truck in for warranty work I have to ask for everything I am entitled to. I bought the extra platinum package warranty and I feel like it was almost a waste of money. Plus, when I was on the road home, my truck was vibrating so bad I could hardly hold the steering wheel. So when I got home, my husband had to take my truck to have the tires balanced which cost me $50. So, my question is, are all customers treated this badly or is it just me bc I’m a woman and your service techs think I won’t know any better? More
