Absolutely the worst customer service!!!! From buying the vehicle to repairs since purchasing. They care nothing about their customers. Just made the first payment and it has been in the shop 3 times without vehicle to repairs since purchasing. They care nothing about their customers. Just made the first payment and it has been in the shop 3 times without fixing things. Only thing repaired properly was done at a different dealership under extended warranty that I purchased. DO NOT buy from or use this dealership for service. And, don’t even try to speak with their GM. They are all WORTHLESS!!!!! More

I took my 2015 Dart in for an oil change and state inspection. I didn't have to wait too long to get the car checked in and the service was done in a reasonable amount of time. They provided me with a inspection. I didn't have to wait too long to get the car checked in and the service was done in a reasonable amount of time. They provided me with a list of upcoming and recommended service items with quotes for everything. The only reason for the 4 star review was the fact the service rep. kept calling me sir. FIVE STARS for sure, this is my 3rd visit to the dealer with three different vehicles and their service personnel are very knowledgeable and very experienced. Craig Stamps, the service representat dealer with three different vehicles and their service personnel are very knowledgeable and very experienced. Craig Stamps, the service representative was very professional, courteous and made me feel welcome. He explained the process, repairs, cost and warranties in detail. Very very disappointed in AutoNation Dodge Richland Hills. I made appointment a week ahead. Their system did not allow appointment time afternoon so I had to choose a Saturday appointment. I got their Hills. I made appointment a week ahead. Their system did not allow appointment time afternoon so I had to choose a Saturday appointment. I got their at 08:45am for 09:00am appointment and waited 3 hours and 24 minutes for a oil change. Not a satisfied customer considering going back to dealership I purchased my vehicle from for future services. More
