routine service visit took > 2 hrs. Every person was nice and tried to be helpful but not very organized. No one @ entry had to go into service desk and ask for assistance. Upon completion service rep had difficulty finding my invoice, once found and completed he was unable to provide a copy for my records or tell me where my vehicle was except the general are it might be in. When I located the vehicle there was no window sticker and the system had not been reset. that issue was resolved, after another visit to the service area, where I was still unable to acquire a copy of my invoice but was told could e mail it which I have yet to receive. The window sticker was sloppily handwritten with only milage without removing the old sticker. The video review is GREAT.! everyone very nice but the system seems to need some refinement. will most likely give it another chance as my experience was much better than the closer dealership to my home. More

Anthony was super helpful in getting our car serviced. It was our first time to come in and we enjoyed receiving the video tour of the underneath of our car and learning what needed to be serviced. I brought my ram 2500 in for recalls. No problem with the recall work except my ac unit has not run right since I left the dealership. They also did some warranty repair without my knowledge. Anyway, I took my truck to an ac shop and was advised that a possible software upgrade or sensor could be the culprit. I really don't trust autonation so I now have scheduled meator dodge to look at the software or whatever the problem is. My concern is trusting the people that service my truck. I will have my ac fixed by someone who I feel is competent to comply with keeping me informed. More
