Very dissapointing. ... Found a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak on Monday. Called Auto Nation and set up an appointment for a replacement tire for Wed. 8:3 ... Found a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak on Monday. Called Auto Nation and set up an appointment for a replacement tire for Wed. 8:30 AM. Tire was under warranty. Arrived early and was told it would be a 90 minute wait to replace the tire since folks were ahead of me. What's the point in making an appointment if you are not reserved that time slot? After a 70 minute wait I was informed they didn't have the tire. One would be delivered around 3 PM. They had two day notice to get the tire..... Had to return the next day for the repair More

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was at the dealership for 3 hours waiting for the oil change. They gave me a ride to a near by restaurant and I ended up walking back. I rotation. I was at the dealership for 3 hours waiting for the oil change.
