Your apointment isn't to actually get your work done. it's just to talk to a service tech. then they'll keep yo department like they have the plague. At which point you get to hope the even have the parts in stock to fix it. And did i mention they DON'T HAVE ANY LOANERS! and to top it all off they say they'll wash your vehicle before they give back to you. Don't count on that happening either. More
