Service Team is never properly staffed and there is always a significant wait to get checked in and to drop your car for service or Oil Change. When I dropped my vehicle off for service they said their driver wasn't working that day and they would take me to my office once the got everyone checked in. I ordered an uber and went to work. The team is friendly just not properly staffed. The same oil change went up $100 in price in six months time all in Labor charges. I have a luxury vehicle and they simply are not set up to properly manage people who drive expensive vehicles to the standards they are used to. BMW and Cadillac have loaner vehicles ready for us when those cars need service. Suggest RAM builds a team to deal with $100k plus vehicle clients to better meet their expectations. More

I took my Grand Cherokee back to Jeep only to find out they installed a defective part during my previous service. After 3 days I get the truck back to grass stuck on the truck from when the dealership ha they installed a defective part during my previous service. The dealer made an appointment date, I booked the car in as requested. To my suprize one week later with no contact from the dealer I went in person to find out whats up. Only to be told by advisor that th as requested. To my suprize one week later with no contact from the dealer I went in person to find out whats up. Only to be told by advisor that the machanic assigned to my car is on vacation and will not return until Tuesday that would be 9 days later. All this time I am renting a vehicle. The Technician diagnoce the car and said the noise I am hearing, could be rectified if I change the rngin mount, and the Transmission mount. I said proceed. After another 2 weeks the car was ready. I test drove the car and the noise was still there. I test drove the car with the Tech he then said the noise is coming from the Struts. I took the car out the shop for the weekend to return it the Monday for them to oeder the struts for replacement only to find out on the friday 4 days later they ordered the wrong part, so its now reordered for next week. I took the car out for the weekend hoping to return the car next week when the right part is delivered. Stay tuned. More
