Had the worst experience and service with a business in my life. Our vehicle stayed with them for close to 3 months for what we thought was a minor repair and the work was never done. We actually spent over $900 on other repairs they said we needed. When we bought it in for a safety issue with the lights. We could never get anyone on the phone without a 1 to 2 hour wait. We were communicating by text message which was hit and miss. Spoke to General Management once with no resolution. Was given false promise of repair date repeatedly as they were waiting for parts. We had to spend over $1200 on a rental car. More
