I went to Auto Nation Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines because I believed my alternator was having problems on Friday the 26th. The Service staff did not handle the situation properly and charged me almost $200 for believed my alternator was having problems on Friday the 26th. Do not go here to to this dealer if you have a problem and need something fixed. I took my truck in they said I needed to leave it there for three days to get a diagnostic. Then three days later they call and need something fixed. I took my truck in they said I needed to leave it there for three days to get a diagnostic. Then three days later they called me and told me it was the battery of the truck so I said to go ahead and exchange the battery, they took three days to say it was the battery (wow). I picked up my truck on Saturday that night the battery came on again. I called on Monday and they said they didn’t know why the light was on. Worst service ever. They wanted for me to bring the truck again. I decided to take it to another mechanic and they said it was the alternator. They changed the alternator and problem solved. Which does say a lot that the mechanics at the dealer don’t know what they are doing or they didn’t want to to do and rather say it’s the battery to get the truck out. Unbelievable! More

Made online appointment but they did not care, still had to wait in line together with all the walk-ins. Did not honor the pricing as selected from their own online service appointment. When I got the car back it was not cleaned, no paper on the floor or plastic on the seat and there was food on the floor from someone having eaten in the car and split their food.
