If you need your vehicle serviced, by all means, take it to the dealership as they have first rate technicians. Though I am aware of supply chain issues, I was disappointed with the fact that I wasn't kept to the dealership as they have first rate technicians. Additionally, I was unable to utilize all the coupons provided to me from the dealership's website (Mopar related) to receive additional discounts for the services rendered. Though provided with the comforts of security, I can see why patrons utilize alternative means such as secondary maintenance centers to service their vehicles, to avoid the hassles, inconvenience and discomforts associated with mainstream dealerships.
