Matt the service tech had said the part for my Gladiator had come in after I have been waiting since September 2021 for it. So I brought the car in so the rear seat could be fixed, I had a vacation on the w had come in after I have been waiting since September 2021 for it. I brought the truck to be fixed and Matt had told me it would be fixed in 2-3 days, so I rented a car for those 3 days (since Autonation is not lending lowners). On the 3rd day I go to get my car and it has not been fixed, Matt had ordered me the wrong part and I have been waiting since September for this part. Matt tells me he’s going to reorder the part for me and it should take a week to be delivered to the dealer this was on the weekend of March 17th and today is May 6 and I still have not heard from Matt.
