When I arrived for my appointment, I was there about an hour early, there where no porters and no service advisors available at that time it was about 2pm(8/31/23), I went inside saw the receptionist but s hour early, there where no porters and no service advisors available at that time it was about 2pm(8/31/23), I went inside saw the receptionist but she couldn't do anything until I got a ticket from a porter, I told her there was nobody outside, instead of calling someone to help, I was just sent outside to wait, once I did get a ticket I went back inside gave her the ticket, I told her I had an appointment with service advisor Kristen, but since the service advisor wasn't there that I didn't have to wait and to give her the vehicle mileage and vin number the complaint and that an advisor would be assigned and I would be contacted that day by 6pm(that was on Thursday 8/31/23), no body contacted me that day or Friday, Saturday, Sunday, (Monday was a holiday so I didn't expect a call), Tuesday( 9/5/23) I waited to call until 2:54pm, I called the service advisor Kristen phone but somebody else answered the phone and I kept getting put on hold, I waited for about an hour and forty minutes but no success with getting an update on my vehicle, so I called Kim the sales woman I had previously purchased a Jeep from and explained what was going on and if she could help me. Only after she went herself to the service department the next day and spoke with Gavin( service manager assistant) was I able to get in contact with someone. Kim put me on speaker on the phone and I told Gavin the issue, he said that someone would contact me by the end of the day and I did get a call back(this was on Wednesday). Thursday (which is today), I let Kim know that I did get contacted on Wednesday. She called me and was with the mechanic checking out my complaint regarding the engine rattling noise on startup and the ticking noise afterwards, but they weren't able to replicate the problem. I went and picked up the vehicle today. Definitely not a good experience. Poor customer service. More
Scheduled service on September 01, 2023 at 1:45PM to complete two (2) Factory Recalls. I arrived at 1:30PM where the valets greeted me and asked if I had an appointment, which I did. Handed over th complete two (2) Factory Recalls. I arrived at 1:30PM where the valets greeted me and asked if I had an appointment, which I did. Handed over the keys, left the truck parked at the valet station and went inside to the service desk. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally spoke briefly to one of the lady's at the counter and was told to sit in the waiting area. I watched my vehicle sit in the valet station from the waiting area window for almost an hour before I spoke to a service representative to get the Recalls taken care of. Yandi assisted me with the quote. He called the techs to see if they had time to complete the service (this all took place at 2:45PM, already 1-hr wait). They confirmed it was a quick fix. My vehicle was finally moved from the valet area to a parking spot around 60 feet away. I watched my truck sit in that parking spot for another hour before anyone touched it... so far 2-hrs waiting total. Finally after 2-1/2 hours a tech drove my vehicle to the service area. Now here's the part that really racks my brain; the truck was out of sight for over an hour (almost a total of 4 hours). I have no clue whether service was performed on the vehicle. There is no proof of the vehicle being serviced at the dealer or in the vehicle reporting database through CarFax. Although Yandi was very attentive and kept asking about the status of my truck plus going to the service desk supervisor to see what was taking so long for my vehicle, I have no proof that the recalls were serviced and was almost not given any documentation. Yandi did provide a copy of the quote after I kept insisting but it wasn't a finalized invoice. Also I noticed the service desk supervisor (who I did not get his name) kept asking everyone if we were "alright"... but that was it. I don't think he cared. Kept seeing the same faces and walking away strutting around the complimentary snacks and beverage area. I wonder what liability the dealership has if any of the parts for the recalls fail when I clearly have proof that I was there but service was not completed. Needless to say, I do not recommend getting service done at this dealership. Go elsewhere. More
So, I took my 2104 Challenger with 20,000 miles on it for an oil change. Needless to say the car is pristine. After the oil change I get back in my car to find the emergency brake release handle hanging an oil change. Needless to say the car is pristine. After the oil change I get back in my car to find the emergency brake release handle hanging out of my dashboard. Now … in their defense they took the car back in and repaired it while I waited. However ….. how does the technician break something so obvious then drive a car out of the shop & say all good ! And if they are willing to do this what exactly are doing with items that are not in plain view . More
I took my Wagoneer in for an oil change and a recall notice that I receive. Upon arrive, the Service Manager, Mark Ralph, was cordial and provided us service with a smile. As the vehicle was checked in, notice that I receive. Upon arrive, the Service Manager, Mark Ralph, was cordial and provided us service with a smile. As the vehicle was checked in, the Service Manager noticed there were other vehicle recalls that needed he attention. My husband and I planned to wait for the vehicle but the Service Manager indicated that our wait would be longer than the time he originally told us and offered to call an Uber to take us home. He also said that when the vehicle was ready, he would call us and arrange for an Uber driver to pick us up from home (perks you receive when owning a Wagoneer). When the vehicle was ready, the Service Manager did just as he said he would do. When we arrived, the Service Manager greeted us with a smile, handed us the key, walked us to the door where our vehicle was parked out front. What service! The Service Manager thanked us for our business, waived us off with a great, big smile. We really appreciated that, service with a smile. All the employees we came in contact were professional. The facility was very clean and neat. For such service and the cleanliness of the facility motivated us to come back to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Pembroke Pines the next time our vehicle needs service. Thank you AutoNation!
