The dealership was quick and friendly however it took me over a couple of months to get my appointment and I could have got in earlier. I also didn’t know my service contact was expired for my free oil chan over a couple of months to get my appointment and I could have got in earlier. I also didn’t know my service contact was expired for my free oil change and it was never explained to me. A little upsetting when you spend money like buying a Rubicon. I feel the dealership could have understood my situation of me being deployed at the time and did one last oil change. More

My sales person Jake was great. Answered any and all questions I had. Jake went out of his way to make sure everything was correct.
