I was in the AutoNation Ram dealership about two weeks ago for recall work on my Truck. I initially thought that I would be able to stick around and wait, but was told that the expected repairs would be a ago for recall work on my Truck. I initially thought that I would be able to stick around and wait, but was told that the expected repairs would be around 4-6 hours instead. With the information, I was offered a ride back to my house or job site. I opted for the latter and they called a Lyft to drop me off. When the repairs were completed they again ordered a Lyft to pick me up at work and drop me at the dealership to pick up my repairs Truck. All of this was a no charge to me and I appreciated that I was able to get a full day of work in and get my truck when it was finished with no issues. Great service all around. More
