Extremely long wait to drop my vehicle off for service. Vehicle was damaged well in for serviced and had to go to the paint shop. This was a brand-new vehicle. Still have service problems unresolved with Vehicle was damaged well in for serviced and had to go to the paint shop. This was a brand-new vehicle. Still have service problems unresolved with very poor follow up from the dealership. Work performed created other problems needing repair, and still waiting for follow up. More
The sales team on the front side of sales was outstanding. When it came to follow up service, thay went MIA. But are trying to make up for it now... The GM called and is helping get our issues scheduled... I would recommend them according to sales, get service issues in writing.... Overall so far great experience! More
My service rep Greg Stebbins got me in quickly (regular appointments were 3 months out) for a recall and a map update (first one available for 2018 Pacifica!). But no fix available for the foreseeable future for the PHEV recall- Chrysler says park it outside and don't plug-in for charge. Ridiculous delay. If not for the great performance of the vehicle and the great consumer advocacy of Mr. Stebbins I would no longer be a Pacifica owner. The dealer needs people like him to keep customers when the parent company Chrysler is irresponsible. More
I have always had a great experience with the service department at this dealership. However, my most recent service experience was not good for the following reasons: 1. I had a 7:30am appointment yet department at this dealership. However, my most recent service experience was not good for the following reasons: 1. I had a 7:30am appointment yet my car wasn’t worked on that day resulting in it having to stay longer. 2. My #1 concern wasn’t looked at until the end of the second day so, they had to keep my car longer while waiting for parts. 3. My car was supposed to be done Tuesday evening (day of my appt) but wasn’t done until Saturday. 4. I told my advisor that I needed the car Friday evening, he said it would be ready for sure and I said I would come out Friday evening to get it. We agreed that, if it wasn’t going to be ready I would leave with a loaner vehicle. I was on my way when he called to say it wouldn’t be ready until after they closed, he didn’t have a loaner for me and I would have to pick it up Saturday morning. Turns out I could have come to get it Friday after all because he called at 10 minutes to closing to say it was ready. 5. I asked them to check the passenger seat motor as one side didn’t appear to be working. I was informed the motor had come unplugged so, they plugged it back in and charged me 30 minutes of labor to do so. If that is the minimum, the labor time should have been combined with other labor time since it didn’t take 30 minutes to find it unplugged and plug it back in. 6. Despite what the paperwork says, my car was driven 12 miles aggressively while there. I say aggressively because 1/4 of a tank of gas was consumed. Not sure this was necessary. 7. I was on the wait list for parts for the recall on the fuel pump relay for over 1 year. I was told I would be contacted when parts were available. I was never contacted but the parts were replaced during this visit. Not sure how long they had been in stock. FYI when I asked what I should do while waiting for the parts, I was told that driving the car wasn’t safe so, I shouldn’t drive it until the parts were replaced. I would have not been able to drive my car for over a year. I enjoy working with Don Harmon. None of this was his fault nor should this reflect on him in any way. He is awesome and provides excellent customer service. More
