This is the first major service with a diagnosis that I've had within the five years of ownership. The current reality requires teamwork from client and provider; I am not up to speed yet. I have seen a token force absorb more than the eight vehicles that I could see, into an existing schedule, match and delegate resources. Identify, prioritize and initiate action to handle what couldn't be done immediately or else shift to another future appointment if required. At the end of the day it seemed like more vehicles left than came in. Now I have to figure how I will mesh seamlessly into this! More
