I completed the early check in process and arrived on time for my appointment. however, my appointment was not on their paper list of appointments. no one could explain this and I didn't get checked in for 30 minutes after my appointed time. they made it seem as though it was my error but they would permit allowing my car to be serviced. 2 hours AFTER my appointment I received an email for early check in! They had my Jeep for over three weeks because a part was back ordered.at the two week mark they knew the part had shipped but told me they couldn’t get any tracking information. I have a 2014 Jeep and the engine failed while I was traveling through Sacramento. I had it towed to Autonation Jeep in Roseville. Took in my vehicle for a squeaking noise for the second time. The first time they did not hear the squeak.
