Extremely long wait to drop my vehicle off for service. Vehicle was damaged well in for serviced and had to go to the paint shop. This was a brand-new vehicle. My service rep Greg Stebbins got me in quickly (regular appointments were 3 months out) for a recall and a map update (first one available for 2018 Pacifica!). But no fix available for the foreseeable futu appointments were 3 months out) for a recall and a map update (first one available for 2018 Pacifica!). But no fix available for the foreseeable future for the PHEV recall- Chrysler says park it outside and don't plug-in for charge. Ridiculous delay. If not for the great performance of the vehicle and the great consumer advocacy of Mr. Stebbins I would no longer be a Pacifica owner. The dealer needs people like him to keep customers when the parent company Chrysler is irresponsible. More
