Messed up diagnostic. Left and brought it back for repair. Truck sat for 2 1/2 days before they looked at it. They called and said it was going to be over $1300 for 1 $10 Left and brought it back for repair. Truck sat for 2 1/2 days before they looked at it. They called and said it was going to be over $1300 for 1 $100 part and 5 hours in labor cost. Labor cost $230 and hour!! Rip off!! Thieves! $230 an hour to install a wiring harness!?!? I approved the fix. The job took 3 hours. Showed up to pay and was charged 5 hours in labor! When asking why when it only took 3 hours..I was told “we had your truck longer than that”. Duh! You had it 2 1/2 days and over the weekend before you even looked at it! Do not service your vehicle here! More
