Good dealership, service got me right in when others had me weeks out. Repair took a few days so I took away one star, and they disconnected my dash cam unrelated to the service being done (ok, but reconnec me weeks out. Friendly staff and I love my Jeep Cherokee but there has been some surprising mechanical issues that should not happen with a newer model vehicle. Also do NOT purchase the service plan. Made an appointment, had to drop off car for whole day. They don’t have a shuttle or loaner cars.
