Friendly staff and I love my Jeep Cherokee but there has been some surprising mechanical issues that should not happen with a newer model vehicle. Also do NOT purchase the service plan. Made an appointment, had to drop off car for whole day. They don’t have a shuttle or loaner cars. Although everyone was polite, they called and told my vehicle was ready, when they hadn't put back together the base of my front passenger seat.
