I tried to call but no one would pick up the phone. Let me just add a couple of thoughts. It was explained to me that the dealership can't or won't do any preemptive work to insure a problem is corrected under warranty. I do get a feeling that it's a game of knowing a problem but wanting to see if the vehicle will pass through the warranty before correcting. I think this is bad business for your brand. A multi-I safety inspection was done 32837 miles and pads were at or greater than 8mm and tires were 7/32 or greater. At 37313 miles inspected with with no note about pads but common that tires needed to be replaced soon. At 41895 note was greater tread remaining and pads were 8mm or greater. At 41922 note was 7/32 or greater on tires and pads were 8mm or greater. At 44501 note was made tires are 7/32 or greater and pads are 8mm or greater. I just measured tires at 44676 and they are 3-4/32. I don't know about the brakes. The point is that if they are not doing the inspection what else are they not doing? Are they not replacing parts charged for? Are they just resetting codes but not solving? One just doesn't know.
