I'm not sure where to start, I have become very impressed with Ryan Shaw and the mechanic team at Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge Southwest. We finally moved our business over to Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge Southw with Ryan Shaw and the mechanic team at Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge Southwest. We finally moved our business over to Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge Southwest after being very frustrated and unsatisfied with the service team at Christopher Dodge. Ryan and the AutoNation SW mechanic team were able to resolve all our issues with the depth of knowledge, courtesy and willingness to go above and beyond that I had not experienced at any other Dodge Dealer. Scheduled appointment to have a noise in the front suspension checked. Ryan and crew checked everything out and determined that right front tie rod needed replaced. Made an appointment which was 7 days out for check engine light. took two days to find out problem was fuel filters. They never offer a loaner. After having alignment on truck, tires wore on outside edge. Came in for realignment & new tires. Tires were no acceptable since these were the same brand that wore out.
