Wondering why my pre-scheduled maintenance service appointment took so long. In the SW Jeep dealership in Lakewood CO on Tuesday 5/24/2022 for my 4:30 PM appointment for the 31-point inspection, oil c appointment took so long. In the SW Jeep dealership in Lakewood CO on Tuesday 5/24/2022 for my 4:30 PM appointment for the 31-point inspection, oil change (with additive), and tire rotation. I arrived 30 minutes early at 4:00 PM so as to try to easily slip into the flow without any undue interruption with their flow. Finally, at 6:30 PM I was checked out by one of the service guys. Even the cashier had left for the day. I was the last person to leave the dealership, with a few remaining employees chatting in the parking lot. The place was locked up tighter than a drum, while a sweet 70 y/y lady was left to wonder why I was the last person on site. This is the second visit in the past six months that has left me very unsatisfied with SW Jeep. I have one remaining pre-paid inspection/oil change left on my package and then I am going to take my business elsewhere. Thank goodness they had a clean waiting area for me to squander my time. More
Service has tanked in the last few years. They couldn't find a radiator leak after 3 visits. Finally found it myself which they did replace, but double charged me my insurance deductible. They fixed all the issues I was having. For the last 3 yrs their service has been disappointing. Can never get in touch with them on the phone and I have to remind them multiple times after talking to them that I have warranties on my stuff. The young man who helped me was rude and abrupt and insisted I didn’t have an appointment until I showed him confirmation on my phone. Said he called me when the service was done but obviously he misd insisted I didn’t have an appointment until I showed him confirmation on my phone. To be perfectly honest, he was much more respectful than some of my prev beyond to ensure my service appointment went well and completed as expected. I've used many of the Ram service locations in the area. I continually end up back at Southwest Dodge. I only pay for what I need. Service happens as scheduled and in the time frame promised. And my tru I continually end up back at Southwest Dodge. I only pay for what I need. Service happens as scheduled and in the time frame promised. And my truck drives like new when they are done. I haven't had one bad experience with the service department and I've been going there regularly for 10 years. More
