Two days in the shop and zero calls from the service department. I had requested a call for charges before work on the electronic and paper ticket. By the way I did get a call 15minutes after I called for status. The call was to tell me my car was ready when I told the same person that I couldn't pick it up till the following day. Finally this was the second time attempting service neither with status calls and the service manager could not be reached with daily calls even after I registered a complaint. More

They lie and don't follow thru only good thing is finance department. Sold me a vehicle with tires they claimed were at 7/32 and after 1000 miles they were at 3/32 and claimed that was normal wear.
