After receiving a concerning recall on my vehicle, I was able to get an appointment with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Southwest fairly quickly. Purchase a showroom Dodge 1500 Rebel off the floor. Put 90K miles on it with oil changes per manufacturer spec. Engine blew. The charged me for the evaluation and then forgot the alternator. Now I have to go pick it up after paying it off and trading it in on a reliable vehicle. Not a Dodge! Tried to talk to management and they just said the oil changes were not through the dealer so nothing they can do. Horrible service, Horrible product. More
