I would not recommend working with new service advisor, Collin, he is unfriendly, slow to respond, then quoted me a super high rate only to call me back later in the day to apologize and offer me a $1000 d Collin, he is unfriendly, slow to respond, then quoted me a super high rate only to call me back later in the day to apologize and offer me a $1000 discount on the $3000 quote. They took over a week to replace my batteries (which were bought with a year ago and was under a 3 year warranty) which he initially disputed and made me provide proof of purchase for. I will not be working with him again! More

They also mentioned that during this tear down accessory parts could break off and we would be responsible for the cost. We chose to pick up the car and will look for another place to take a look at it and give a more accurate diagnosis. More
