We purchased two new vehicles from this dealership and gave them every reasonable opportunity to make things right, neither of these worked out with out a major loss in time or repeated request, with some gave them every reasonable opportunity to make things right, neither of these worked out with out a major loss in time or repeated request, with some never being fully fixed. Our experience with the service department has been consistently poor. Problems reported as resolved were not. Appointments were repeated for the same issues with no progress. Items were removed from our vehicles and not returned. We were charged for repairs that did not address the actual problem. After trading in our second vehicle due to ongoing issues to another dealership, we returned for what was described as a minor repair it took months, and upon notice of this year has still not been resolved after 1k+ invested in the solution they provided. We were later told the service department had been overhauled and this prompted us to give it another chance with our most recent vehicle. It had not. Every prior issue resurfaced. We decided that this needed to be escalated to the corporate office and were told they defer all resolution authority to the franchise, making escalations functionally useless. We also received information from corporate that was found in the same conversation to be inaccurate. The sales team was never the issue. But if you expect the service department to stand behind their work, diagnose problems thoroughly, or take accountability when something goes wrong look elsewhere.
