Had my car brought here because It kept cutting off on me. Car was towed in on a Tuesday and I never heard back from anyone. Only that my car was checked in and my sevice adviser would be in contact. Next me. Car was towed in on a Tuesday and I never heard back from anyone. Only that my car was checked in and my sevice adviser would be in contact. Next day no contact at all. No update in the website on my account. They were servicing my car for a recall and I didn't even know that. I had to be the one calling in to get updates. One representative told me they hadn't started on my car one said it woukd be ready friday only to go up there and it wss ready. They were charging me for a diagnostic fee on a battery $250 and they didn't even look at the entire car. I was not happy with the overall experience. I was expecting more dealing with a dealership but I get better service at Walmart. Kevin was really nice to me and I am grateful that im guess the manager or whoever heard that and didn't charge me a $250 fee to only tell me both my batteries were dead. However the whole team needs to be on one accord because this service really frustrated me. More

The oil change was done in less than hour and service tech explained the findings on the point inspection very well. I was given quotes and even given options on how to make it easier on the wallet.
