Nope, Never Again, 30 days later and trade-in loan still not paid off and Auto Nation telling me I should keep making payments on a car they took possession of on Aug 30th! Was not a good experience! Very disingenuous to quote an oil change over the phone at $70. I even told them i wanted full synthetic. They told me the price was dependent on the amount of oil needed. I said i needed 8 quarts. This place is still suffering in customer service, integrity and punctuality. Promises made are not kept, it is just to get you in the door. Their prices are outrageous compared to other places and they lie to up sell you on what you need. When you ask to fix something they tell you that is it fine, but you need something else. The quality in their employees is gone, even in sales people. I used to walk in proud to be a customer. The CEO needs to call us so we can really tell them what we experienced their on multiple occasions in the past year. Their last quote $850.00 for one tail light that took 45 min. just to find out a price and with a phone call before hand, with a promise of "we can fix it, in and out in 30 min. Can't fool a senior anymore AutoNation! Our fix we got done...$100.00 elsewhere. You can improve by first the quality of your employees that knows how to speak truths and not cover up for your fellow employees or walk away from each other when you know someone is lying to your customers. So obvious, it was like being in grade school with these guys. More
