Took my truck there for an oil change and software update. Came back to pick it up and the Catalytic converter was missing. They tell me I am going to have to buy it myself. Thats $4000 for a new Truc update. Came back to pick it up and the Catalytic converter was missing. They tell me I am going to have to buy it myself. Thats $4000 for a new Truck. When I checked several other trucks had the same thing. The police say it happens at this dealership all the time and their answer was to install cameras that are not connected to any security system. They parked by truck right where the thieves enter the dealership with no fence. DO not do business here. More
