Online appointments don't provide information necessary for planning. Factory recall appointment never indicated that the repair would take between 24-48 hours. I received an email notification 1 week prior to the appointment "reminding" me it would be 24-48 hours to return the vehicle. It is only a "reminder" if the information was shared prior to the email. More

My service advisor Sean always give us excellent service and support and keep in touch in a timely manner, but in two opportunities we left the car and when I got the car back the issues were not address co and support and keep in touch in a timely manner, but in two opportunities we left the car and when I got the car back the issues were not address correctly and we had to return the car. The last time we mentioned a problem in the AC and the technician said that the problem was the pulleys and they replace all pulleys. When I got the car, after 21 days, the AC was still showing a noise, then they realized the issue was the blower, and I could not take the car, what cause me a lot of waiste in my time. More

The service department has become extremely slow and I believe is trying to up sell. I had a nail in one of my tires and didn’t let them know and they didn’t see it during the tire rotation. I picked my J believe is trying to up sell. I had a nail in one of my tires and didn’t let them know and they didn’t see it during the tire rotation. I picked my Jeep up and clearly my battery wasn’t checked, since two days later it was dead. I have lifetime battery through the dealership and they didn’t have the appropriate replacement battery. I’ve had all my work done at this dealership and I take very good care of my vehicles and the service department has gone down. I don’t blame the service reps, I wonder if the techs are either overworked or understaffed. More
