I know it's a dealership and the service wait time by default will always be longer, but over two hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation on a Monday at 3pm with an appointment is a bit much. I honestly only get oil changes done at the dealership because they you get a handful of them free with a new vehicle purchase. I'd never go if I had to pay out of pocket. Not worth it. Service is good, but time needs to be better. More
