This was about the most painless experience I’ve had at a car dealership, which was a delightful change from the norm. I am a detail guy. Most of the time, I get blank stares and stuttering when I ask about this or that but Bobby hit every mark in stride without any issues. Frankly, that’s what got AutoNation my business. If the sales person is a stumbling dolt, I tend to walk away but if the sales person can teach me something that I didn’t know before walking in, they get my business. Y’all better keep Bobby around. He’s good at what he does. On to finance: I’ve never spent so little time in a finance office when buying a vehicle. I probably would have spent half the time I did spend there if not for my incessant need to know absolutely every detail. AutoNation has their business on lock and that’s pretty impressive. First I was told battery had no warranty and they’ve realized after 1 day it does considering the milage input was wrong from last service which was done by them. When picking up they pretty much just gave me paperwork and done even show me the new batteries or walk trough the process done. The service was done very quick considering I arrived with my jeep without an appointment as it was being towed from home due to death battery. In general there is a lot of area of opportunity to improve communication, transparency and service. More
