Sofian was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions, explaining the features and specifications of the Jeep Grand Cherokee L in detail. Once the vehicle was dropped off for service for the last two days I called to find out when the jeep would be ready for pickup. I was informed at that time a service tech would not be able to check a simple two days I called to find out when the jeep would be ready for pickup. I was informed at that time a service tech would not be able to check a simple brake issue for another 3 to 4 days. This was poor communication between the service advisor and the entire service department. I will not be purchasing or servicing this or another Jeep at this dealership. More

Worst dealership experience ever! ! Not only were we rushed out of there, we were treated like our business really didn’t matter. The finance guy was a complete xxx as well. I had my t ! I had my truck for the first few days and already had to take it back for a bad windshield. When I went to pick it up from it being “fixed” they tried to replace the OEM windshield with a cheap aftermarket windshield. Once we got that settled 2-3 weeks later. Fast forward to about 3 months I have had the truck already and BOOM the transmission goes completely out. Mind you it is a 2020 Ram 1500 with only 23,000 miles!! I bought it with 14500 miles!!! This is the worst dealership ever and stay away!! Nothing but issues coming from their used inventory. More
