Worst dealership experience ever! ! Not only were we rushed out of there, we were treated like our business really didn’t matter. The finance guy was a complete xxx as well. I had my t ! I had my truck for the first few days and already had to take it back for a bad windshield. When I went to pick it up from it being “fixed” they tried to replace the OEM windshield with a cheap aftermarket windshield. Once we got that settled 2-3 weeks later. Fast forward to about 3 months I have had the truck already and BOOM the transmission goes completely out. Mind you it is a 2020 Ram 1500 with only 23,000 miles!! I bought it with 14500 miles!!! This is the worst dealership ever and stay away!! Nothing but issues coming from their used inventory. More

Where do I start? My vehicle sat at another dealership for 9 weeks with an electrical issue (warranty) that they could/would not resolve. Removed my vehicle from that dealership and took it to Autonation to be repaired. They had the problem diagnosed and resolved in less than a week. I could not be more pleased with the service at this dealership. Even though it is an hour away I will certainly return for any further vehicle problemS. Would highly recommend them. More
