Buyer beware of the so-called internet AutoNation Certified Offer on your trade-in. It is deceptive in my opinion. They will deduct a good amount off of the offer once they inspect the vehicle. Like More

There is nothing that can be done to resolve any issues at this point. It is what it is and that's the way AutoNation does business. No Haggle Pricing and the instant cash offer guarantee which is deceptive just to get you into the dealership. I should have known better and partly blame myself. I will be sure and remember these details next time I need to buy a used vehicle. It won't be with AutoNation. I got screwed on the Instant Cash Offer and the price of the vehicle was at the very top of the Kelly Blue Book pricing while my trade-in was near the bottom of the Kelly Blue Book pricing. The purchased vehicle did not have new tires on it, yet AutoNation deducted $1200-$1500 from the Cash Offer to put new tires on my trade-in. If you're going to charge me the customer for new tires then the vehicle I purchase better have brand new tires, and it didn't. Truck was missing both cup holders in console, no tie downs for bed rails. It is what it is at this point, I like the Truck, but the Instant Cash Offer Guarantee is where everything started going downhill and resulted in an overall negative experience.

I am taking my truck to your dealership this morning for the 7th time for the exact same problem. They have been help from the manufacturer, engineers and lot of people and they still can’t fix my truck but refuse to give me another new truck without me losing on the deal. They should ship my truck to their Research & Development department and lean something from this experience and do the correct thing for me. I will never trust this truck, it is a Lemon.

I am taking my truck in for 7th time this morning for the exact same problem sins I bought it in February. I will never trust this truck, it is a Lemon. You are never going to repair this problem at the dealership or you would have already, with all the help you been getting from the manufacturer and engineering. Why don’t you do the right thing and give me a brand new truck without me taking a lose and you send this truck to your Research and Development department so they can figure out the problem with this truck and learn something to help anyone else with this problem. Look how much it is cost you and the manufacturer every time I take my truck in and thus will be #7. It is cost me also because I have a truck for a reason and you are not letting me use my truck. It is in the shop all time.
