Soriano came out, He has been the advisor on previous oil changes and states that I should have used the Express Oil Change Feature (WHICH NEVER HAD TO DO ON PAST OIL CHANGES) when JUST getting a oil change.(WHICH DOES NOT EXIST ON THE WEBSITE ) It only says SERVICE which should be the same since they are doing some type of work on the vehicle, So he says since that SERVICE option was used it will add an extra 45 min. to the oil change Not sure WHY?
