It was all great during the sales process but once you need the vehicle serviced it’s completely different. I brought my vehicle in on Nov. 21st, I understand it was a holiday week. They said they didn’t need the vehicle serviced it’s completely different. I brought my vehicle in on Nov. 21st, I understand it was a holiday week. They said they didn’t have any loaner vehicles until Jan. We waited and waited, no eta. We ended up having to rent a vehicle and pay out of pocket for a week. My car was not inspected until Dec 2nd. I didn’t get it back until Dec 9th. After all of that, the issue we sent in for still has not been fixed. Almost 3 weeks for nothing. This is the last time we’ll be purchasing a Jeep. More
