The initial process of looking at the truck we wanted to buy was great, however after we agreed to a purchase things seemed to slide downhill a bit. I was in ZERO rush to trade our vehicle and pick up the new truck and after a week started to push the issue. On the date the dealer told us to come in, it took over 6 hrs to change 7 tires and really just left a bad taste in my mouth (on top of a few other items). This is my first brand new vehicle (and first Ram in 21 yrs of car ownership) and for spending over 70k, I was just expecting a bit better communication and attention to detail from the dealer. When it's all said and done, a commitment from the dealer was not held up plus I got taken for a ride on a few "extras" (my fault). Truck is great, and I'm happy with it, but the dealer didn't do much other than happen to have it on the lot and make things pretty dang difficult to finish out the deal. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to work with them again. More
