Reserved our pickup online and drove down from Dallas to pick it up. Our sales rep Araka was great to deal with and made the transaction very smooth. The only issue we had was with the timeliness of complet pick it up. Our sales rep Araka was great to deal with and made the transaction very smooth. We were able to complete everything with the bank online literally within minutes and walk out the door with a cashiers check for the purchase. Even with a cashiers check for the purchase price it still took us three hours to walk out the door with the keys. Once we got into finance Willie did a great job for us. I don't believe it was the fault of any one person but how physical car dealerships still transact business. We should have been able to complete everything online and then hand someone a check and walk out the door. More

Ok people. Been there three times to service department. One Saturday I went there and walked in service department and asked for some help. Guy and girl sitting in there told me we can’t help you. There was not one other vehicle there but mine. Guess the just didn’t feel like getting up. They never have loaner vehicles. I had to wait a month to get one. When I got my truck back my hands free didn’t work and some one had programmed there photo my truck! Not happy More
