The service reps that handled by 2 vehicles was extremely rude and did not explain the different recommendations my vehicle needed. I also heard him say that he knows he won’t get a good review from this cus rude and did not explain the different recommendations my vehicle needed. My only complaint is that their wait time for an diagnostic work is 4 days & you have to leave you vehicle. I believe if you make an appointment which calls out the need for diagnostic work then you should be notified before bringing in your vehicle. If not your appointment time is when your vehicle gets taken in & checked out. I could not leave my vehicle there for 4 days . More

The waiting area was clean. Friendly staff is always nice. Coffee station was short of items for customer use. Some items were there but short if necessary items.
