Very unorganized, was told my car would be there for a couple days. A week later my car had not even been diagnosed. I would have appreciated honesty as I do not live in town (I was only down for a week a couple days. A week later my car had not even been diagnosed. I would have appreciated honesty as I do not live in town (I was only down for a week and a half), and would have taken it elsewhere. The manager was rude when I called to inquire about my car. They charged me a $250 fee after they said it was going to be covered under warranty. Overall this is my 2nd bad experience with this dealership and I will not be back. More

Brought car in for an oil change. Promised by 11:30. No calls. Walked back to dealership at 12:15. My sevice person did not recognize me! Told me car waa ready. Car was to be wa Promised by 11:30.
