Brought car in for an oil change. Promised by 11:30. No calls. Walked back to dealership at 12:15. My sevice person did not recognize me! Told me car waa ready. Car was to be wa Promised by 11:30. My experience with the service writer was excellent. Cindy was her name and she was very attentive and communicated well. Five stars for her. As for the ability to make the appointment, my score is lower. I had to wait almost month for the appointment. My issues was the accelerator stoped working. Fortunately I had a second vehicle. Many people could not wait a month to repair something that was a manufacturer defect. The woman that made the appointment on the phone, not Cindy, was very matter of fact about it and basically said this is the appointment, take it or leave it. This is not what I expected for them to repair something as serious as a faulty gas pedal. More
