Waited over 3 hours to get an oil change. Even when I had an appointment. They over charge for everything. $60 to change an air filter and when the air filter cost only $20. Technician didn’t rotate my tires after declining their recommendations on new front tires. He kept the bad tires in the front. Customers who came in after me received services and left before me. Terrible customer service. Service center employee Cindy had bad attitude since the beginning of dropping off vehicle. Made an appointment for only a oil change, but they snuck in a $27 unauthorized tire rotation. After a over 2 hour wait for an oil change, I just wanted to leave and I made the mistake of not reading the service that I paid for. That's when I noticed that they snuck in the the unauthorized service charge. I immediately let them know about the overcharge and the service rep argued with me several times saying that I agreed to it. I was very surprised and disappointed that a large nation wide dealership would pull such a scam. More
I will NEVER take my car to this location again. My 1yo Jeep was towed there after it broke down. They had my car 5weeks before they could even diagnose the car. During that time they would not give me a rental car since they couldn’t confirm who’s fault it was. Once diagnosed it took them another 7 weeks to fix my car. 12 weeks of having my car and I only received 3 calls from the service dept. After many attempts I finally got Jeep Corporate to approve a rental car but had to pay out of pocket until car was fixed. I called AutoNations corporate office and left emails and messages, have yet to hear back from them. Still out thousands of dollars and still waiting for reimbursement and promised compensation. Funny my car was miraculously fixed after we contacted a lemon law attorney. It was returned dirty, with almost 60 miles on it, gas tank empty and scratches on it. Never trust this place with your car!! More
To me Hugo in Service represents your dealership. My previous service experience a year ago was average but this time, it was excellent. I checked in with my service writer a few minutes after my appointment time. I waited for about two hours in the lobby which was furnished with snacks and an instant coffee machine. Once my vehicle was finished, I was sent the walk-around videos and allowed the option to set up future appointments. I declined and paid my bill. My vehicle was brought forward. I pleasantly surprised that in addition to the oil change, the exterior of my vehicle had been washed. Overall, it was a great experience. More
