Valencia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I took my 2019 jeep unlimited to the dealer for an oil change,tire rotatation and to have the start/stop checked as it wasn't working. I came in contact with 2 service advisers and 1 tech.All of them were change,tire rotatation and to have the start/stop checked as it wasn't working. The adviser called me that afternoon to say both batteries were bad and would be replaced but I was asked to leave it overnight as they didn't have all the parts. I said yes. When called the next day to say it was ready I went to pick it up. When I got in the jeep and drove away I noticed that the steering wheel was about 5 inches off center. Then as I drove it was all over the road so I turned around and went back. The adviser took it back to a tech and when he brought it back he shook a bar,drag link,and said it was loose. I couldn't figure out how all this could happen parked overnight at a dealership. I sure couldn't have driven it in like that. They tightened it and I took it to a shop to had it fixed. Bad experience for me. More

Even with an appointment they took more 24 to even look at my car and then I asked if I were to bring back it would 5 days with no loaner or rental car. Very difficult to get an appointment for any service. Service people do not return calls. Difficult to find out what is happening with your vehicle. I had to call service manager to get any help.
