My Service Advisor, Emmanuel was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The entire visit was very quick with little waiting. Even the shuttle to drive me back home required almost no waiting. On the actual servicing of the car (I went in for my first scheduled maintenance), they weren't able to complete everything, but set up a follow up visit right away. Only thing is, I drove my car back home and found there was a small oil drip that continued over the weekend. My guess is either the bolt or the filter wasn't tightened all the way. They took it back in to fix it first thing Monday. I'm hoping that was just an outlier than something I can expect on my future services. More
