Hugo was a pleasure to work with. I came in late in the day for an oil change and they were slammed, but Hugo was able to get my oil change done within the same day! The worst experience ever! ! I had a warranty purchased through Autonation which they claimed was not in their system. It took 7 days for them to diagnose my Jeep. I finally fou ! I had a warranty purchased through Autonation which they claimed was not in their system. It took 7 days for them to diagnose my Jeep. I finally found my warranty papers and took them into the service department. At that time, they finally agreed that I did have a warranty. Then, after the 7 day diagnosis, there was no ETA as to when they would repair the vehicle. It needed a radiator and they claimed it was on backorder and had no idea when they could get the part to fix it. In the meantime, I am calling other repair locations who can get the part in ONE day. They treated me as if they could care less if I got my vehicle repaired there or not. Women beware! If you need something fixed, find a different repair location. I will never purchase a car through Auto nation again or get anything repaired/diagnosed at the dealership. More

In the past I had problems servicing my truck in this dealership. The service representative Cindy was very prompt and efficient. The oil change and software update took just over three hours. Ok that was bad enough but once I got my Gladiator back I found oil on my leather seats and inside door panel, there was also oil on the floor hours. Ok that was bad enough but once I got my Gladiator back I found oil on my leather seats and inside door panel, there was also oil on the floor mats. The service representative was fine and apologized for the oil and offered to clean it. I informed him this is a very expensive vehicle and the mechanic should have been more cognizant of his dirty hands. More

Great service! I was able to make a service appointment easily over the phone. The day of my appointment, Cindy checked me in and gave me an estimated time of when I was able to make a service appointment easily over the phone. The day of my appointment, Cindy checked me in and gave me an estimated time of when my car would be ready. About an hour later my service was done, my Jeep was washed, and was given my report. Overall great service, I would recommend this dealership. More
