In the past I had problems servicing my truck in this dealership. The service representative Cindy was very prompt and efficient. The oil change and software update took just over three hours. Ok that was bad enough but once I got my Gladiator back I found oil on my leather seats and inside door panel, there was also oil on the floor hours.
